The New Way — thenewway.ai in a laptop, with issue covers from its per-issue colour system

A weekday AI-coding newsletter I built and run. I designed its logo lockup and cover system in Figma and wrote the generator that renders each issue's cover; issues are agent-drafted and human-edited. Card and lockup colours change every issue so stories are easy to tell apart at a glance.
